GSCCCA Resources The Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority was established in 1993 with the legislated mandate of implementing and administering a statewide central index for UCC filings. Since its establishment, the Authority has not only fulfilled its original purpose, but has accepted additional projects at the request of other agencies and the Georgia General Assembly. These projects include administering a statewide index for real estate and personal property records, maintaining the central database of notaries public and administering a statewide database on civil case filings. State Index Searching A comprehensive listing of available GSCCA searches. Plat Index Search Pursuant to HB1582, Act 820, the Authority is expanding the statewide uniform automated information system for real and personal property records, (provided for by Code Sections 15-6-97 and 15-6-98), by the addition of a database for Map and Plat records. Real Estate Index Search This index contains property transactions from all counties since January 1, 1999, including the name of the seller and buyer, location of the property, any liens on the property, and the book and page where the actual deed is filed in the county.
