This 'Terms of Usage Agreement' ("Agreement") informs visitors of the rules and policies that govern this website. We use the general term "visitors" to include both registered members of our website and any other person that accesses the website at any point for any amount of time, whether via the homepage or the website's internal pages, unless designated otherwise. Visitors are expected to follow any posted guidelines or rules. We may update this Agreement from time to time without notice and will post all changes prominently. Choice of Law and Forum

You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of this site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
