Superior Court Clerk's Office
The Superior Court is a court of general jurisdiction handling both civil and criminal law actions. Superior Court Judges preside over cases involving misdemeanors, contract disputes, premises liability, and various other actions. In addition, the Superior Court has exclusive equity jurisdiction over all cases of divorce, title to land, and felonies involving jury trials, including death penalty cases
The Superior Court Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The office is located on the Ground floor of the Justice Center in suite G-170 and the Deed Record Division is on the Ground Floor in suite G-150.
