Memo Expanding Electronic Filing

Patty Baker, Clerk of Courts and James Drane, Chief Magistrate Judge, are pleased to announce the launch of a new e-file system.  We still have forms available, you can also scan or upload or documents.  Currently we are accepting Statement of Claims, Dispossessories Cases and Garnishments. If you do NOT have access to a computer terminal, there is an efile kiosk on the first floor of the Frank C. Mills III Justice Center in the Magistrate Court Clerk's office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
